convenient interface to monitor and locate the SPOT user. Using Microsoft's
Virtual Earth you can zoom in on regular maps or use the topographical
features to "see" where the SPOT user is.
The world’s first satellite messenger uses both the GPS satellite network to
determine a customer’s location and the Globalstar simplex data network to
transmit that information to friends, family, co-workers or an emergency service
center.
