The following are terms of a legal agreement between yourself and Alta-Comm Wireless Inc. ("Alta-Comm"). By use of this website ("Site") you are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions do not use the Site.

Permission is granted to display, copy, distribute and download the materials on this Site for personal, non-commercial use only, provided you do not modify the materials and that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the materials. You also may not, without Alta-Comm's permission, "mirror" any material contained on this Site on any other web site or server. Any unauthorized use of any material contained on this Site may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes. This notice does not apply to any information accessed by a customer within a secure location that is proprietary to that customer and the individual is authorized to access the information.

Alta-Comm SHALL NOT BE LIABLE, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA OR PROFIT, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE MATERIALS ON THIS SITE. The application and scope of this limitation of liability includes any Alta-Comm associated companies, officers, directors, employees, agents and contractors.

In consideration of allowing the User to access the Site and Alta-Comm servers, the User agrees:

(a) not to carry out or allow any copyright infringement;

(b) not to upload materials, information or files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation Alta-Comm 's or any other's computer;

(c) not to violate any terms or conditions of any agreements related to any particular Alta-Comm service;

(d) not to use this Site or any Alta-Comm services in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden or impair any Alta-Comm service (or the networks connected to any Alta-Comm service) or interfere with any other party's use of any Alta-Comm services;

(e) not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Alta-Comm services, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any Alta-Comm services through hacking or any other means;

(f) to all limitations of liability and Alta-Comm policies applicable from time to time.

Modification of These Terms

Alta-Comm reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and notices under which the Site is offered.

Governing Law
 
The terms, conditions and notices on this Site are governed in all respects by the laws of the province of Alberta, Canada and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the province of Alberta, Canada.

Severability
 
If any part of these Terms of Use is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, the remainder of the terms shall nonetheless continue in effect.
